Meet The Team

Beth Francois
Clinic Founder & Lead Dietitian
Beth first started supporting those with eating disorders in 2013, before qualifying as a dietitian in 2020.
Beth's experience as a specialist eating-disorder spans inpatient, outpatient, and day-care settings with both children & adults, supporting individuals with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and complex presentations such as OCD, orthorexic beliefs, and compulsive exercise.
Beth brings a deep and sensitive understanding of the emotional, cognitive, and physical layers involved in eating disorders. She is committed to offering a safe, steady, and compassionate space where clients feel genuinely supported - a calm point of reference as they move through the challenges of recovery.
Blending advanced clinical nutrition expertise with insight into the psychological roots of disordered eating, Beth offers an approach that is both nurturing and appropriately challenging. She meets clients where they are, supports them in creating new patterns, and ensures the eating disorder is compassionately but firmly addressed, helping individuals move toward lasting recovery and a more peaceful relationship with food.
We place a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality, specialist care. All of our dietitians are registered with the HCPC and are members of the BDA, and they continue to develop their expertise through ongoing professional development in eating disorders.
To maintain consistently high standards of care, our team also participates in regular clinical supervision. This ensures reflective practice, continual learning, and alignment in how we work. You can feel confident that all clinicians within the service work in line with Beth’s approach and the core values and ethos of the ED Dietitian Clinic.
