Meet Beth

Hello! I'm Beth and I've been working within the field of eating disorders for the last 8 years and as a specialist eating disorders dietitian since 2020. My approach to eating disorder support is rooted in compassion, hope, and freedom. I work closely with my clients to develop personalised plans that support their unique needs and goals. I combine evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the emotional complexities of eating disorders. My goal is to help my clients find lasting recovery and rediscover the joy of nourishing their bodies and minds.

The Process

I take a holistic approach to eating disorder support, beginning with a comprehensive understanding of each client’s needs, experiences, and goals. From there, we work collaboratively to review progress and setbacks, adjusting goals and intentions as recovery evolves over time. While eating disorder behaviours often centre around food, I recognise that they are underpinned by deeply held beliefs and complex thought patterns. For this reason, our work goes beyond what and how to eat, to explore why certain changes may feel challenging or difficult to implement. I believe that full recovery is possible and I am committed to supporting my clients with compassion and consistency at every stage of their journey.
